Delete Your Scanor Account
You may request deletion of your Scanor account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
To request account deletion, email contact@myshopy.es with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Scanor account.

Deletion may include:
- profile information
- favorites
- scan history
- contribution history
- uploaded product content
- account identifiers
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Self-service account deletion will be available in the Scanor app under Profile → Settings in a future update.
