Delete Your Scanor Account
You can delete your Scanor account and associated personal data directly in the app.
Delete your account in the app
Open the Scanor app and go to Profile → Account Security → Delete Account then confirm. Your account is deleted without contacting support.

What gets deleted
Deletion may include:
- profile information
- favorites
- scan history
- contribution history
- uploaded product content
- account identifiers
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to sign in, email contact@myshopy.es with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Scanor account.
